NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
On the second day of December, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. the Newton Town Council will hold a meeting at the Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center Newton, Utah, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the issue of ordinance 2021-01. The proposed ordinance 2021-01 would adopt Title 10 Development and Subdivision. This title shall be known as the Newton Subdivision Ordinance.
This chapter established the purpose of this title, identifies the enabling statute pursuant to which it is adopted, requires approvals for all land divisions, land development, and construction activities except those that are specifically exempted. It establishes application and review procedures, an appeal procedure, and other processes needed for the review of applications and the administration of this title.

All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
